The information contained in this application is true and correct, and the Applicant is qualified to apply for the Australian Microgrid Centre of Excellence membership.  As a member, Applicant will comply with and abide by the Constitution of The Australian Microgrid Centre of Excellence*, as well as other association and membership rules that may be subsequently adopted by the Australian Microgrid Centre of Excellence Board.

The designated representative is authorized to receive and distribute The Australian Microgrid Centre of Excellence communications, and to vote on matters presented for ballot to the general membership, if applicable.  The Applicant will not divulge information identified as confidential by The Australian Microgrid Centre of Excellence Board of Directors.  The undersigned applicant hereby appoints the Executive Director of The Australian Microgrid Centre of Excellence, or his/her successors, as the Applicant’s agent to approve the form and substance of any such publication or disclosure.   Participation in The Australian Microgrid Centre of Excellence Program Committees may be subject to additional requirements, including intellectual property and confidentiality agreements.  By having an authorized representative sign this application, the Applicant agrees and represents that they have read and acknowledged the Terms and Conditions of Membership in The Australian Microgrid Centre of Excellence.

Membership fees are non-refundable and due at the time of application, payable to The Australian Microgrid Centre of Excellence Ltd.  Annual membership is renewed automatically, invoiced and due payable according to when the applicant has joined, unless The Australian Microgrid Centre of Excellence is notified in writing of a desired change in status.  Applications are subject to acceptance by The Australian Microgrid Centre of Excellence Board of Directors.
